ZLINE Reversible Cast Iron Griddle (GR1) perfectly fits all ZLINE Ranges and Rangetops. Easily replace any two burners with the griddle at your convenience.

• Use the raised-rib side to perfectly sear meat and vegetables, and the smooth, flat side for morning pancakes!
• High quality cast iron distributes heat evenly, while a slight slope allows for grease to move easily to the grease catch on rib side.
• Griddle comes pre-seasoned and ready to use, though it is recommended to always cook with a light layer of oil to prevent sticking.
• Clean with a stiff brush and hot water, towel dry, and repeat!
