The Honeywell THP9045A1023 Wiresaver Module is used with thermostats that are applicable in 1 Heat/1 Cool retrofit applications, where only 4 wires are available. It can be used when 5 wires are needed, but only 4 wires are available. This wiresaver mounts easily on or near heating and air conditioning equipment. With the K terminal on the thermostat, it can be used to operate both the fan and compressor on a single wire.
