This furnace filter is part of the GeneralAire AC-1 Series of Residential Air Cleaner Replacement Filters. Made with 5″ deep pleated Quality Pleats, this filter replacement is designed to retrofit comparably sized air duct products. Pleated filters are designed to capture more airborne pollutants such as dust, pet dander and pollen than panel fiberglass filters.

The GeneralAire brand is also identified by the following spelling variations: General Air General Aire or GeneralAir. For odor control this filter is manufactured with fine carbon powder bonded to lofted polyester media. The frame is constructed of moisture resistant 28 point beverage board and the media pack is totally bonded to the frame.
